Business account with friend as director
 

Would it be possible to set up an eBay business acc via Ltd. Company with a friend as director and myself (banned from eb) as main shareholder?
They only ask for director info no?

Ummm why not just follow the stealth guide?

I think making it simple is best?

Need funds ending up in the company, not in various random accounts, regular large payments from a few stealths into company pp would raise flags no?

Ad only go down the ltd & business bank account route for when adyen comes in

i'm in a similar situation currently. Set up ltd company a year ago, got new address, new VAT number, new bank account and would like an account that's almost right. But the problem is both directors (Me and wife) have lost ebay accounts in past.

My ebay original account in my name went down maybe 2013.

You would think ebay would have a policy were they allow you a new account but hold some funds should things go wrong.

Most murders get let out of jail eventually....
