So as it is - is it worth it?? Or not??
Upgrade r Personal to Business for the sake of getting their pp Debit card??

I had one of these on my genuine account.

I guess its useful if you dont want to withdraw to your bank account and use the funds to make purchases.

I've never tried to obtain one on a Stealth account - I would see it as too risky its another 'level' of scrutiny from PayPal staff I would imagine.

Do you have an account that you dont use you could try it on first?

You can only get the full card (no restrictions) on genuine accounts. But the card themselves aren't the same as a normal card. Doesn't work with many payment processors, will just say its not supported at checkout.

You're better off withdrawing to your bank and using a normal card.

Can anyone tell me if you are no longer to makes withdrawals to your bank account once you have the business debit card? Thank you.

You can still withdraw to bank. You'll just have the addition of a card to use your PayPal balance.

i had one until i lost my account, was great as you can spend your paypal money anywhere basically

pAYPAL HAS more than one debit card,which one are you referring to?
the business debit card can be used as a credit card and taps your Paypal balance and bank fund,you get cash rebate of1% but you need SSN and home address.
there are others as well.

This is a UK thread. PayPal UK only has one type of debit card on this side of the pond.

So what is the UK debit card like?
can you use it as a credit card and get 1% rebate?

It's not a credit card, whilst it's classed as a debit card i'd barely class it as that either.

You don't get any cashback. You simply get to use your balance at "most" places where they accept mastercard. I should emphasise, not all places.

Well that's not correct.

I have a UK business 'debit' card (the bin is a prepaid so not useful for everything)

I get 0.5% cashback on all purchases, not great but every little helps.

This is just like our (usa) Paypal business debit card,cash rebate 1%,legacy account 1 1/2%.
It taps paypal balance backed by bank fund.
I used to use this card until others come along and offer 2% cash back.
