eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Scammed on eBay and afraid of losing account

I have been scammed by a guy who bought 400$ worth of Fifa 20 coins on eBay.
He bought about a quantity of 20 on 3 different names.
Now I got my first case filed with 1 name for 100$ usd.
Is my Paypal account fried?
I already sent the available money to another account and withdrawn them.
Is there any way I can get out of this without my paypal accounts blocked?

Re-send funds from another paypal to settle the balance and refund the guy and take the loss.

That is the only way.

Your pp account may survive one hit like this but PP can be finicky so it's tough to be 100% sure - they really don't like digital delivery.

How often have you been sending money to the other account? That could also come into play.

It's coming up the Christmas, I find the level of scammers rises considerably during this period.
