I opened a request with a seller because my item never turned up.. Trouble is i sent it to a PO Box could this be a problem. iv also used as a delivery address for another account that PayPal shut down

Huhh what are you chatting about i sent him numerous emails asking where my item is and he ignored me ...Are you suggesting i let him keep my money and not have my item ..And even now he still hasn't replied to the request

Some people here have hundreds/thousands of posts without any of them being helpful. Some come here just to troll.. others I'm not even sure why they come here. :shocked:

Here's my take:
- Providing a PO box address doesn't matter.. it's just another address. You're still perfectly within your rights to open a request if you haven't received what you paid for
- The usage of this PO box address previously on another account won't make any different whatsoever.

Did the seller ship with tracking? Regardless, you've done exactly what you're supposed to do here. You paid for an item and didn't receive it.. so naturally a dispute is necessary.

I do feel like I should at least point out rule #7 though, lol.

The tracking showed it was delivered but when i went there it havnt arrived ..the next day the tracking changed to re delivery and now its saying contact us.. Any way iv closed the case now

You are the type of buyer that makes selling online a real pain in the ass. In the future, make sure YOU have an actual shipping address and collect your items on time. It is lazy buyers and petty thieves that suck up much of my day. I can assure you, if you did this to me, it would cost you in the short and long run. Dont do this to sellers. Some of them are pretty smart at retaliating petty scammers.

Usually the next step with these types of buyers is they’ll get the item inspect every aspect of it hoping to find the smallest fault msg seller again mosning hopinh seller offers a discount of some sort

I THINK EVERY BODIES GOT THE WRONG END OF THE STICK IM A STEALTH SELLER MY SELF AND I WAS JUST ASKING IF I CAN GET LINKED TO MY PO BOX COS THATS WHER I HAVE STUFF I BUY DELIVERED IF THE ITEM HAS GON MISSING AS IN THIS CASE AND THE SELLER IS IGNORING ME WHAT DO I DO ??...BUT I UNDERSTAND YOUR PAIN im going thru it as a seller daily i would NEVER MESS UP ANOTHER SELLER NEVER HAVE NEVER WILL
