ebay acc suspended after listing 1st item
 

I've been making acc's for years without problem

Recently (3 weeks) my acc's are getting suspended, all with the following email:

"Your eBay account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay Community.

You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Any outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven't previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.

I'm listing books and shirts and dvd's, sometimes 1 item, sometimes more than 1

They're all getting banned within 2 hours

The only thing that has changed is my vcc.. used to be entropay.. now they're from a seller here

Any ideas please?

How long are you waiting from setting up account to first listings n how many are you putting up?

That seems to be the norm these days.
The only thing I can think of is perhaps you may itemize all your account creation steps and tools then change them one at a time.
Who knows, you just might isolate what's causing the suspension.

Between 1-2 months, sometimes more

Had another acc suspended last night and decided to follow up
Used the chat feature for the first time
They didn't ask any questions at all
They asked me to hold, about 5 mins, then came back and said basically that the acc was indefinitely suspended and they couldn't tell me the reason
I played dumb but got the same responses, they just sent me a link to the user agreement and the link went straight to the "abuse" section

I really don't think it's my hardware as other accounts (created years ago) are still going

Maybe it's time to update the stlth guide as the process detailed in it seems to be my downfall

Although I'm not sure, either way

Stealth has changed, eBay are activity suspending after first listing at a high rate.

Create more accounts as soon as possible, others may have no problems,

eBay is fine. It is the sellers that are getting it.

Its happening lot in nowadays. fro last month i have lost 4 accounts after listing 1st item. seems ebay got a new thing to catch up stealth.

Doesn't eb risk alienating/losing a shed load of new customers?

Is stlth dead or just dying?

It's a norm nowadays for the new accounts - you just need to call them, they gonna ask you some questions and if you answer them right your accounts are gonna get reinstated.

It’s the norm I mentioned this months ago but no one listened
The stealth guide definitely needs to be updated
And the account sellers need to provide guarantees to buyers in this instance

Yes it's a norm nowadays - they do instantly limit new accounts as it's ebay "new policy" - thats what I was told when I called them. Just give them a call, you gonna have to answer some simple questions about what are you going to sell etc then they gonna reinstate your account.

sometimes when i called them and told about what I am selling,they told me that the address I use match with other people =(

For new eb acc's I'm using the stock photos ie. not my own photos

Regarding my first listings on new acc's, nothing is the same
Different items, description, title, price, P+P etc

Sometimes I use the "sell one like this" feature and sometimes I start from scratch via the sell button

I had a similar issue with an account purchased here, it happens. I contacted them straight away by phone with the sim supplied, didn't waste any time. I asked their support what the problem was. They looked at the account and found nothing wrong. They reinstated over the phone. Consider it a good thing, you can show you have nothing to hide by contacting them. Maybe it's less likely to happen in future because of it. The experienced sellers would be best to ask here about this.

Have you tried using your own and removing the meta data from the pics? It's easy enough.

How are you connecting?
