Hi, suspended like the majority on here lol, question should i buy pre-made accounts or learn and create my own? what are the pros and cons please?

Learn and create your own to understand the process - buy pre-made accounts once you operate well and need to get quick backups going

i am at the section, change ip address, but am i right in thinking that VPN has done away with changing ip address's so there is no need for this? i only want to create 1 stealth account.
