Mail forwarding services.

Been having issues with customers returning items before I've had a chance to give them a label, when I have given them a label they return out of their pocket anyway. Has anyone had any success with mail forwarding services in the UK? Or, have any advice for dealing with people like this?

how is a mail forwarding service help if the buyer ignores your shipping label and send to your registered Ebay return address?
Do you mean you are going to use forwarding service address so he can forward the return to you?

I'm guessing he doesn't have access to the address.
So he wants to use a mail forwarder address as eBay return address.

The answer is yes that is a good solution.

Currently working on locating good forwarding companies. A virtual address will suffice, if it's local. They can still forward for a fee.

I doubt it'll take you more than an hour to find and decide on one.
