Forgot Name, Address, DOB
 

So, tried to log in my PP account and message came up for security check to text my Phone a security code. I no longer have that number, tried to click on verify different way, but it didnt work.

Tried clicking through the phone security code screen than got phone number to phone to verify account.

I have also forgot what details I have used to open the account,Name, Address, DOB.

Is there any way I can get this info?

There is no way to obtain this information. Nobody would ever forget their own birthday, so it's nowhere to be found other than in PayPal's own database. You'll need to call PayPal and let them know you had a terrible accident and you suffered severe memory loss. Your amnesia has left you with no knowledge of your name, address, phone number, birthday, etc. Tell them the only memory you have left is that your remember that you have a PayPal account. Lol very funny, he dont remember anything name dob address etc but he remembered email!

log in to email, the paypal emails to you will at least have your name.

Stop wasting any more time on the account and just start again with a fresh stealth pairing.

And write the information down this time.

Realised, I typed in ther wrong password :sweat:
Hence the extra verification needed. Managed to log in now :doh:

So, I've pulled my name and address from the account now and have remembered to write it down.

But the DOB I used is not shown. Any way of getting this info?

And make sure to keep that info now that you have it - odds are you wont get that lucky again.
And I don't recall using DOBs when opening paypal account in the US. Is it different in the UK? you sure you used a DOB?

You may have entered your DOB when opening the email account. If you have used gmail then you can view it in your google account. This is assuming that you used the same DOB.

I cant remember if I put in a DOB when i registered or what DOB was on the documents used to verify PP :confused:

Upgrade to a business PayPal and that will show the DOB

It would be in settings then bottom left

You seem to not know much about this account though.
