just a thought, as i do live in a block of flats with no suffix A,B,C,or D, is it safe to use my original banned address on ebay but with a suffix say of D for returns?

Nobody can give a guaranteed answer. There are many factors to stealth. Some people are operating stealth using principals that are not in the guide book but yet still successfully selling on their.

Give it a try but most definitely use a new IP, new browser etc.

Yes, as i am also doing that. But different name, new IP address, clean system, etc.

Clean means separate from your previously suspended accounts (if you have any) just to avoid possible linkage.
