Aged PayPal’s being limited
 

I’m just scratching my head as to what’s happened

2 of my PayPals (separate eBay accounts)

Have been limited - these are both 1 and a half year old

Both have sold about a £1000/2000 a day at there peak during the year

This year they’ve been limited, I suspect it to be money coming in to fast

One happened last week - these are extremely good accounts like 10/10 accounts which have had good money withdrawn out of them

It’s just when the PayPal balance hits £2k I try and withdraw £900/1000 they say wait 24 hours the boom suspended

They’ve asked for supplier invoices and bank statements

I’m not really gonna bother with giving them and I’m not gonna send out my products so customers will get refunded

I’ve got a lot more on standby thankfully but my prospect of them withstanding the test of time are quite gloomy now as well

I’m just genuinely scratching my head I’ve been doing stealth on quite a scale for about 3 years but I’ve always been suspended within the first year of opening my PayPal’s

Now it’s after 2 years

Any and all input is greatly appreciated - for starters is it worth providing the invoices these are physical products

I would definitely provide the invoices and bank statement they asked for.

As you pointed out, it's a well managed account. Good selling performance, no disputes, etc. So the best is to contest this, and provide the invoices they asked for.

so far they asked invoices on most of my accounts. and they always restored the accs (6 times on 6 different accounts). some accs were asked fter 2 payments and some after reciving 30k++

Trying to withdraw such a large amount could be the issue

Dont wait for it to get to 2k then withdraw half of it

Build the account up slower and withdraw smaller amounts sooner

I never leave more than £500 in my accounts, not worth the risk

Yh thankfully I never dispatched any of the orders

They just can in a rush out of the blue

PayPal will return the money to the customer

And I don’t have to wait 180 days

i agree with you, ive had 4 of my old paypal accounts done... 3 of them are from 2008 and all solid, 3 of them were limited, then next day, banned i didnt even have a chance to appeal, the other wanted documents.

Thankfully, i took precautions and gave my self an injection from the debit card of 1000k so i had 800 in my account that i cant get, so i contacted my bank and now i am -200 in paypal, which suits me just fine.

I wouldn't even think about submitting docs this time of year with the Christmas period, its suicide.

I have has a few pp accounts go down every year, always this time of the year.
