PayPal limited, confirm your info

i have a stealth acc and got paypal limited, they asking to confirm identity (bank statement, id and proof of address). Do they ask for any account after you reach 1,500.00 GBP ? or just happened to me? This is one month old.
when i check the account impact, there is no restriction really, all ticked apart from Close your account. I'm also able to withdraw

All accounts will get this - When you get to about £2000 the limitation will stop you from withdrawing etc until you provide details.

You need to look in the Accounts for Sale section. There are account sellers that offer this service. You will need to make contact with them and discuss your requirements.
