Eb and digital downloads...
 

I've been selling digital download files for a computer game which i've been selling in the video games section, firstly, are digital downloads allowed on ebay? secondly, are they allowed in this category?

The main reason Im asking is because every now and again I get the odd scammer saying "Item not as described" or "Didn't receive item" when its clearly listed as a digital download, also the price reflects that.

Just wondering If I could contact ebay to tell them the digital download was sent via ebay messages to the ones saying they didn't receive it? I've only had 2 in about 100 sales, so not many, but I hate the ones that are playing games to get something for nothing and using eb/pp loop hole to get it.

2 out of 100 is not much,consider it as cost of doing business.
INR is handled by bots,bots do not read email or watch video,no tickee,no washer,you have no online viewable tracking from commerical carrier showing it has been delivered.
US sellers have another problem,when state auditor shows up,they want to see where is the buyer by asking for his address and Paypal does not pass that on to you,so state auditor would tell you they are all in state and you pay for their sals tax you did not collect.
Dont know how UK handles this,are you supposed to collect sales tax>

some sellers would send a copy in the mail,with tracking,if it is worth the postage
