Hi

Need help to resolve a PayPal limitation

The ebay and paypal account is a around a year old with no use.

I listed some bit for sale the ohter for the first time they sold a payed but now paypal in asking for

Upload a photo ID
Provide proof of fulfilment
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier
Provide information on account activity
