I had 3 defects removed in one swoop by a lovely lady
 

Phoned up to get a defect removed got one Philippino lady said she was she was an expert in this field and basically told me to spin on it

So i phoned back strait away, ( Got a different lady )i was just going to ask if my defects will drop of naturally because im now in below standard ..I didn't even ask for her to remove them ..Then after i explained about Royal Mail and Christmas ..She removed all my defects all 3 of them and now im no longer below standard

My faith in humanity and Philippino ladys is resolved ..result !

Actually there no all that bad you have to get the right one but most of the time they are like Robots

Defects are typically easy to remove as long as they are not responding to a case being closed without you replying.

At the moment its Ebay reps ..But im willing to try the other types

There not that easy even if you reply i usually have to try 3 different reps ..On this account i did try 3 then gave up ..But i got a new case today hence me calling again and after the first rep the second one removed them all ..Including a doesn't match description case which i never replied to

I guess i was lucky :)

If you have a good story (that works), you can often get defects removed pretty easily.

For me it takes about 3 goes ..Because i send mine by royal mail first class with no tracking numbers some reps will only act if there is a tracking number ..If you aint got one move on and try another rep
