Paypal want to withdarw money to verify account

I have purchased a paypal stealth account.
I went to add bank account to it today and it says 'by continuing you allow us to make 2 small deposits into your account then withdraw them both'
Surely when they withdraw they will see names do not match from bank details to whats on stealth?

have you tried to change PP owners information to match B/C?
