NEW PayPal account when moving the country of Residence - EU to UK🤔
 

Hello guys, need some advise on PP account registered in EU country (Baltic States) - using this account for over a year in UK but gradually it becomes harder to maintain it - as even to withdraw the funds - it will not let me INPUT any other apart from The Postcode and Internatioanla numbers - beginning with that state ONLY characters..

What does that mean? You cannot change the address? By international numbers you mean phone numbers?

Yep. Opened 2 years and over...Then after a few "alert transactions e.g Ebay returns or cases or just International sale through GSP (the account over 2 years old - no problem until recently) - all the funds - straight on HOLD - then released only after contact with their CS support (of course - the tracking details im uploading instantly)

Yes - the International code - the Country u registered at//Same (that's where the problem are) - The PostCode - is Pregiven - of country u registered at - no options..

Can't you continue with the Baltic account details instead of changing?

if you move from one country to another,you have to open a new account in that new country.
American expatriates can link their US bank accounts to their new non US Paypal account

that's what im doing but i've got constant "holds" on my account as selling in UK..p.s this holds are as from my experience - are strange - as compared to other UK accounts - with the same sales patterns..

Ok, let me put this way - As im doing sales here in UK always - should i simply close the account i've opened an still using at moment - in Latvia - and reopen NEW acc in UK??
