UK/CA Hybrid Account

Is it possible to (or has it been done) run a UK ebay with a Canadian paypal?

If yes, should a seperate IP be used for each, or just UK both or CA both?

Just hoping for some pointers!

I have used ebay uk and paypal usa, so i think this should work too
