Selling Limits

Does anyone know what questions eBay will ask if I call in increase the seller limits.

I've been able to use a family members decade account to list, but ive hit the 100 items a month very fast. It says to call up increase the limits, but im worried it will cause unwanted attention.

Any ideas on what questions they will ask.

I don't think answering questions correctly will matter much, if their system recommends or allows them to increase, they will do it. It does attract attention and if one rep tells you they can't do anything, i suggest calling in again repeatedly until a good rep increases your limits. They ask basic questions about the items you sell, do you dropship, etc, but they will take a look at your account and will see what you're selling so i hope it's not digital or something shady.

As long as youre maxing out the number of items youre selling it would seem a natural step to be calling in for that purpose.

Automatically increases very well actually as long as you are hitting the limits. You don't need to call them.

No point attracting attention to the account. Too many jobsworths at ebay at the moment.

How about if im selling digital items. I just hit my monthly selling limit (10) last two months. This time selling limit is still 10 item. What should i do ?

I'm not providing any tracking number. tho. Is it matter to them ?
Also, how buyers feedback affect it ?

Thanks

Be patient and let increase automatically is the route I used.

Re: Selling Limits

The initial limit increases while you are establishing the account takes a while. 4-5 months down the line increases happen without even hitting the limits.
