Kicked out of UK, Now in US

Hi everyone,
I was kicked out of eBay UK in mid of 2018.
My question is can I create a new eBay and PayPal account if I form a new LLC and open a new bank account in USA?
Or would it still link with my old UK based account?

This is dicey... yes, it may be linked as you are still using the same name, dob.

But two people can have same name and same dob.. give it a try

What if I form Anonymous LLC which hides your identity

How would you do that? You would still create the LLC under your real info...

Anonymous LLC? I have not seen where you can do a LLC without names.
