There is no current 'advice' as no one knows much...there are some basics though, in my opinion, dont be making or buying new Stealth accounts in names other than similar to your own as this could certainly be a closure once mismatched names come in force.

EBay did say that PayPal can be a payment option and if the buyer wants to use it they can, however managed payments will be the primary option to pay for the order.

yes buyers can continue to use paypal but sellers dont receive paypal, they can only receive money via mp to their bank account...

so stealth paypal will become useless i guess?

There is an agreement when Ebay spun off Paypal that someday when Ebay decides to use MP,it cannot pull all the sellers out of Paypal,it has to be a gradual process.
Myself ,I have been on EBay since 1990s and I have not been asked to sign up MP

I’m some what inclined to this, they’ll probably put MP on the big fishes of eBay like the top 20% sellers where most of there revenue comes from, the ma and pa stores like us average sellers might be able to still use PayPal

Well, that’s my theory so far and what I hope for - nothings for certain though
