high risk items

I wonder if I was to sell a few old used ps3 games to gain some feedback on my recently created ebay account. would ebay be considering this as high risk items?

I would think so but I can't say for sure since I haven't tried.

Anything revolving around Sony would be high risk in my book.

I wouldn't do it. It's too risky.

Check eBay for trending stationery then hit your local pound shop.

List these as an auction, used and unbranded. Don't even include ean numbers.
