Friends and Family Payment On Hold
 

I sent 95 pounds as F&F to my real verified personal account from a new stealth account (a week old and received some payments) and they have different IPS and info.

And now I got an email saying "You have a payment on hold for 24 hours" which never occurred before.

Do you think they will limit both of my accounts?

I don't mind the stealth one much, but it would be the saddest thing if my real one got limited.

I'm so tired of PayPal being a nightmare to me like this every time :tears::tears:

Probably not.. but you're asking for trouble if you continue doing this. If you must transfer between your accounts do it the right way (as commercial transactions) and pay Paypal their fee.

I will do all the transactions as "payments" from now on if they let me have my accounts running :(

Yeah its worth giving paypal their slice of the pie as it keeps them sweet, your money should clear 24 hours bang on as thats what mine used to do.

I'm with you in theory, but in practice I've had situations where an account was banned even after paying paypal their 3% so I'm not entirely sure if it's always worth it...

asking for trouble doing that mate, i lost a few good accounts over 5 years old cuz i was doing this to avoid ebay fees.

ordinary issue. such on hold payments usually being released exactly in 24 ours
