UK PayPal Accounts for Withdrawing

I am new and want some help. Let me first explain my situation.

I don't sell anything on eBay? I have my own consultancy services and there is nothing that is needed to be posted.
I had PayPal Accounts on my own and my husband's names almost 5-6 years old they got limited. Then I started using my Friend's PayPal Accounts and was able to withdraw the payments from the same Bank Account. Now for some reason, I can not continue receiving payments in my friend's accounts so I have to find another way of receiving payments.

I have read the Sealth Guide and have understood so many things. But I am not sure how this actually works?

I have 3 - 4 Savings Bank Accounts -> How I can use them for withdrawing payments? Do I need to make PayPal Accounts for withdrawing payments on my nickname? What if PayPal asks for documents? My account will be on Nick or mismatch name?? I will need VCC for Bank verification. But if PayPal asks for documents then how to cope with that situation. Do I have to create PayPal using my original name and then linked it with one of my Saving Bank ACcount? Please help!

Also in this marketplace, the standalone PayPal Accounts says there is EU Limit of £2300 yearly and they also provide documents for that. After reaching £2300 PayPal will ask documents, once cleared will the limit lift or it will still there? Also, does this limit applies to my case even I am not selling on eBay?

Can anybody here please share his/her thoughts on my situation?

you should read the recent UK threads on bank account name match.
you must be doing something not too ??kosher to get you,your hubby and your friend paypal accounts limited,'

It's not about whether it's 'kosher' or not. That type of business is classed as high risk by any payment processor. Even if it's 100% legit.

To be honest, bank to bank is the best option for this type of business. Any reason why you are not doing bank to bank?

The business is a freelancing and mostly are the students whoc are US Based. They used my services and pay me. Bank to bank takes too much time.
Business is legal but still PayPal does not care. I have provided my business doxuments to PayPal when they limited me and my husband's accounts but they didn't consider those documents.
My friend's PayPal is not limited. She wants to use it for herself now thats why i have to return her.
I have read many threads for UK bank name match. Some says few banks don't care if its mis match name while other says some banks considered. I am not surewhat to do.
