Ebay co uk no live chat or call button? Corona virus?

Hello,
does anybody knows what's happening when I try to contact ebay via live chat or just call them I see this message:

Following guidance from local health authorities, we're currently operating with limited support staff. As a result, we’re experiencing longer than usual wait times. We apologise for this delay.

All it takes is a single germ to wipe out the PayPal Limitations team...

I will pay dollars to someone who can put the virus in a cake and send it to them.
