eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

I am getting "We're sorry. We cannot complete your purchase at this time." on a new PayPal account. Has anyone seen this and if so is it just a new account thing? No limits or any messages etc. just this when trying to make a payment. Any insights would be great, thanks.

wait for 3 to 5 days and you should be fine

yeah a few days should do it, sometimes it takes upto a week or rarely two but hang in there

It's normal. This happens when you receive funds, and you send/spend it right away. Give it some time, 1week atmost. And try sending again.
