Handling UK Ebay Returns via Collect+
 

Someone on the forum recently mentioned using Collect+ to handle their Ebay returns. I was hoping that someone could shed a little light on how this works.

Is it just as simple as entering the "to" and "from" addresses, paying for it and then emailing the customer the postage label to print out?

Or does it work another way? I had a look at the collect+ website but didn't see anything relevant
