Getting money out after 180 days
I had about 8 accounts shut down on the same day, just over 6 months ago. (I had stupidly used the same billing address for the vcc on all of them)
Anyhow, 180 passed, and now I'm trying to withdraw. About half of them let me add a bank account or debit card and withdraw, no questions asked.
The other accounts don't let me add either. I get errors like "There is a problem with your account, please go to the resolution centre"
How are you meant to resolve this? I called support on one, they told me I had to send in a second form of ID in addition to the one I had already provided.
I would call again but the support centre is on corona holiday.
What is the general procedure? And why is it some accounts let you add a card and some dont?
