yeah the phone lines are down though.

I managed to fix one account through the live chat, it takes them forever to reply, but they gave me an upload link for documents and it was fixed on the spot. Although he couldn't explain why the account was bugged in the first place. (If you needed documents you could have said so...)

It really seems as though you have to just keep trying until you find someone who is semi competent.

Teah they're generally clueless and can barely speak english. You have to solve a puzzle when you chat with them, how can I express this problem in as few words as possible without confusing him..
