Changing name and business on existing Ebay account

Hi,
Is it possible any way to change Name and business name on existing ebay account?
one of my account was registered for my business partner name which he move out from UK and I don't want lost my account

yes, you can change it in account settings

AFAIK its meant to be July 15th in the UK (not sure about the US) although whether its immediately mandatory I'm not sure. Hopefully it will be implemented in stages to give us a bit of time to figure out the strategy. I'm hoping to switch 11 accounts to MP although I imagine only a small number will survive the transition.
