Banks can now verify the name of the bank holder - End of Paypal/Ebay Stealth?

I paid a supplier using my bank today and they verified that the company name matched the account name

If Paypal and Ebay can see the bank account name does not match then we have a problem with stealth.

The only work around I can think is - A) openining business accounts B) Open Bank Accounts with a middle name.
