Reccomend a courier to collect from resident address delivered to collection point
 

Hi I usually use collect+ for returns either give them a label to print and take to store or a barcode to scan and print instore -which ever is easier. Now I have a guy I sent him a parcel at no fault of his its got stuck in Hermes(Hermes grrrz) system somewhere 2 weeks ago. So I sent him a replacement via DPD and it arrived. Today I got a notification from Hermes that it was going to be delivered. So I told him and he let me know when it arrived. He did but hes injured so can't get out the house and doesn't have a printer either.

Can anyone recommend a courier that will collect + print the label at the buyers address and then deliver it to a collection point? Collect+ don't do collections from home and Hermes do both collect + have parcelshop but have not sync'd them to be able to do both(from what I can tell) Can anyone suggest?

Why not use parcel force which will collect from him and deliver to you?, dont need a printer just get him to write the address and they will stick on the tracking number once collected.

The point of my question was I want it going to a collect point too.

The parcelforce driver will bring a pre-printed label which has the name and address on it. It will be stuck onto the parcel when it gets picked up. Only you, parcelforce and possibly your buyer if the driver gives them the copy or they look at it will know where it's being sent to. You could explain that due to current conditions you need it sending to a different address. Just don't put that address in an ebay message or email.

Use a parcel broker to buy the shipping. It's under a tenner and will have £60 of insurance included if you use parcelmonkey.
