Can I use my Mac to create user account when setting up a stealth account?

I am using my MacBook however the Stealth Guide seems to be based on using Windows. If I create a new user account, would that leak between accounts and get the stealth account suspended? Many thanks.

Yes I have already got a new fresh IP address from IP burger. I have connected it to Firefox and as long as I open the ebay stealth and PayPal account on that Firefox and all of these are in a new user account I will be fine?
