eBay managed payments

Hi guys,
I've never actually has an eBay suspension but I am looking to get a stealth account for drop shipping. I run my account very well but I'm constantly paranoid of waking up to a mc011 as eBay like to suspend people all the time! I have 4 main questions.
1. Having not had a suspended account would it be safe to just receive payments to my old PayPal connected with new stealth email and use vcc for paying fees?

2. I've seen some advise that vcc are now no good and wouldn't suggest buying an account with one.

3. If I get all going, what will happen when eBay managed payments come in?

4. Is it best to start with an eBay Stealth business or personal

They are starting to push now got another email. But again going to cross over when I have to. Hopefully other ppl will get on it sooner and share experience of what adyan actually want as proof of id to verify the account to pass.
