hi guys,

How does everyone manage their paypal withdrawals? to stay below the radar.

what % of balance do you withdraw and how often. does anyone withdraw daily?

i know people will come back and say spread sales across different accounts but sometimes it doesn't quite work like that.

OP - I had the exact same question floating about in my head. On my personal account I withdrew £3000 in one day, the next day I was hit with a restriction. I have some suspicion the withdrawal played a part. I would imagine withdrawing 10% chunks every other day would seem reasonable and shouldn't raise too much suspicion. :thumb:

im in the same boat, i withdrew £7k from a personal account and was restricted the following day.
i now have a similar amount to work with and unsure how to go about it this time round.

Maybe in the USA but here in the UK most purchases are by debit cards and not credit cards according to a statistics report I read recently. Obviously this includes all purchases, not just online but it would be easy to make assumption it would be the same using paypal.

Quite possibly a credit card would be used for purchases over £100 for the extra protection it offers.

All of this is a little off post though and does not really help the OP.

Leave enough for 1 refund of your average transaction price but withdraw the rest.

Basically PayPal are kinder to withdrawals the more you time you leave money in your account, then again the more you leave in your account the more you could potentially lose.

LOL. Do you ever stop with the random BS? PayPal is not authorised to just pull money from your card willy-nilly so having a card or not would have no effect whatsoever.

Withdraw once every day and leave enough in the account to cover the 2 highest purchases should they require a return/refund.

may i ask roughly how much that is? without you telling me exact amount

would withdrawing £300 a day raise alarms? for example

I withdraw that and more daily without any problem. But this is only on established accounts that are fully verified, have no holds and have passed the docs stage.

On new accounts you need to start with low amounts and build up slowly. Expect to get 72 hour, 48 hour and 24 hour holds on the withdrawal at any time until the account is established.

Do add tracking numbers to the transactions if possible. It all helps build that trust.

Agree with LOMBOK, doing it slow and steady may keep you under the radar. Keeping on regular ins and outs of small amounts seems good practice according to my experience.

You have to do it slowly. Withdraw 10, then leave it for a few days, then withdraw 25, then 50, 100, 200, etc. And don't withdraw your entire balance in one go, unless you've had the account for a few months and you've done a bunch of withdrawals before.

Add tracking numbers to every transaction buying labels off ebay and you can withdraw whatever balance you have without worry.

Don't forget Paypal penalising you ultimately has a lot to do with your behaviour on the account and what you sell.

If you are deleting cards or banks attached to it, adding new ones. Changing phone numbers, emails or any other information. Selling items, but not buying shipping labels using the paypal ...

All these are triggers for the bots and just looks odd to the agents looking at the account as well.

Use common sense and you will be fine.

This is one of the reasons why especially digital item sellers get limited very quickly and AUP kicks in where they take your money.
