Pay fees with same cc?

Hi people

I have 2 stealth accounts currently... and I am using the same Paypal account... (different emails obviously). On my second account, when I try to list my first item, is asking me to add an automatic payment method...

As I cannot link Paypal, can I use the SAME card I use on my other stealth account to pay my fees?

Can and will eBay track my card?

Thanks, I actually added it by accident... I do not care about the second account as it is new, but the first one... Thank you for the advise man
