Asked them if they still wanted to buy and if so, please pay so they don't get a strike against them. I left it at that and closed the case when the system allowed me to to get my FVF credit.
If they do pay, ship as quick as possible with tracking number added and keep all the messages in case of a problem. You can take photos but they most likely will not count for much in a dispute.
