Could you connect a PayPal busines debit card for paying fees?

Sounds like a stupid question but I have a business PayPal debit card in my name. Could this be an option to pay for eBay fees on stealth? I know you're not meant to add your PayPal in your name to pay fees. But this way you're just linking card numbers. Maybe I'm being naive lol

If the addresses match yes

If they dont though it would fail the AVS checks and not let you add it

You can just use the PayPal linked to the eBay to pay fees.
