2.5k EU Limit Covid-19 Times ?
 

Reaching the paypal receiving limit very soon, can anybody that has reached it recently tell me how long they are taking to check docs now due to limited staff ? It's usually been 3-4 days at the most for me in the past.

Yes it matters to me.

I am considering opening an ebay shop so I can activate holiday mode rather than end 900 or so listings while I try and pass the verification on this account.

If it takes several weeks to verify I would rather sell up to the limit. Otherwise I want to submit docs asap.

I always wait until I hit the hard limitation before submitting docs as the time taken is mostly 24 hours and no longer than 48. The last time was about a couple of months ago before things got so serious.

You need to ask yourself how much you can afford to leave in there when the hard limitation hits.

Between 5 and 10 days. Sometimes faster, sometimes a bit longer.

i always wait till the full limit happens then contact them by phone or message and no more than a day to unlimit it sometimes within the same chat after relogin

depens if you reach it or just the 1,8k.

If you do not reach it, it takes very long (i never had it removed before i reached the hardlimit, but i heard it takes up to 4 weeks)

after you reach it, it usually takes 1-2 days (last time i got one removed was around 1 week ago)

you an always call for it (if the lines are open) and they will remove it on the phone

My last two sets were 10 days (accounts had not hit limit). They were reviewed around 3 days ago.

Submitted mine on the soft limit but since hit the lard limit. Has been a week and nothing. Messaged Customer Service 2 days ago and no reponse yet.

Wooow, you have 900 items listed on a account that has not even passed the EU Limit, isn't that asking for trouble?

Built up gradually. It wasn't at 900 over night!
