Are tracked(no signature) deliveries covered by ebays seller protection? Yes or no?

As title says. Does ebay offer seller protection to an item that is sent tracked only. Not signed for?

Just had my first scumbag of CV19 saying his items not arrived ... 30 minute after it was delivered 4 days early(funny how they ask so soon after actual delivery)

I used Hermes so GPS and photo evidence. Does ebay protect sellers in this or not?

Yes, if the item is low value eBay will refund the buyer out of they own pocket.
