I need to change email on my eBay
 

I need to change my email (not paypal) because I can't access it. Yahoo asks for phone verification, I own sim card but it doesn't work and o2 tells me ths number is not in their base...

So I want to change my email adress, but my question is this: If I change my email on eBay, do I have to confirm my new email by clicking on link which I will receive on my old email adress? (for which I don't have access)

Edit: Same goes with phone number, can I change it just like that? I don't have access to both phone and email, but I am logged in on eBay and Paypal.
