How to make an ebay purchase without paying?
 

Someone a competitor I would think, just purchased many items from me, did not even pay yet was able to leave plenty of negative on my ebay account and lots of ebay fees to deal with!:mad2:

Now my question is, how to make an ebay purchase without paying so I can leave pleasant reviews on their ebay account?

Negative feedback will be removed for an unpaid item strike.

Thanks for your inputs, already reported to ebay etc...but how did buyer bought something (halfway transaction) without paying and was able to leave nasty feedbacks?

tick "require immediate payment" so he cant buy without paying

Thank you and yes, the "require immediate payment" was not ticked and that seem to be the key that I have missed on some of items that I was selling. Lesson learned.

Did you hear anything back when you reported to Ebay? I reported some stuff last week. Another seller tried to scam me and all his items are counterfeit software downloads(obviously not the smartest man). I did a bit of digging and found 12 other accounts all advertising the same items with the same titles and prices, and when I test purchased from each account I got the same message from the same email address so it is the same dude. I put in separate seller reports for each accounts, as well as flagging some of the listings but nothing seems to have been done about it.

Yes and NO!
You have to spend all day chasing ebay, some of them have not got a clue and some are just following what the computers saids :shocked:
Finally, Negative Feedbacks have been removed after spending most of the my day trying to tell them that the transactions are and not genuine and are from a malicious mental competitor I would say.

A days work that will in turn get you a lot more revenue and possibly saved your account from suspension. Worth it in my opinion.

Now tick the "required immediate payment upon buy it now" box and post dog poo in an envelope to your competitor.

Yes noted, "required immediate payment'' is a must, and definitely my fault for not checking that option.

Regarding ''dog poo in an envelope'' as much I like the idea, it could end up in a poor old lady home address because must of these mental competitors have a made up address anyway, just like we all have with a stealth account.

Everyone gave you a good advice already.
Report the claims as UNPAID item, THEN report the feedbacks and request removal of feedbacks.

Then report the buyer so he gets suspended then move on.
