Reducing selling costs on Ebay UK

Only recently started selling again but found selling costs have dramatically increased after I started to use ebay promotions and multi listings or ebay must have increased the cut they take per sale?

Well ebay/pp cut is 13%, add promotions and multi listings then you are paying a lot in fees. 13% is too much in my opinion. A fair cut would be 10% or atleast negotiate the cut with bigger sellers

if you regularly sell low price items,thee is Paypal micro payment 6 cent transaction fee and 6%,just make sure this Ebay ID does not sell any high ticket item.
Ebay top rated plus seller gets 10% discount on FVF of item not shipping,some sellers roll shipping into asking price of item and offer free shipping.
