adding VCC to already verified Paypal

I have acquired a verified UK PP acc however I would like to add a VCC in order to make purchases on eBay.

Could I add / link a none UK gift card without any issues as funding source ?

It wont pass AVS - Address Verification System.

Thank you for your response. What would be the best way to add a Vcc as funding method as I would use eBay/paypal predominantly to buy stuff. Unfortunately ebay and paypal are not under my name hence I won’t be able to use Revolut to make purchases due to Address Verification requirements.
