voip question pls
 

hi all

having just opened a voip number and having found a local area code number for a small price, i would now like to ask if i arrange to have the voip phone number transferred onto my mobile number...is that okay?

On past ebay accounts which i have been suspended from i have this mobile number as a contact..so should i get myself a new sim card or will it be fine?

if you mean do you need a new sim for the diversion - no

if you mean a new sim to leave as mobile contact on ebay/paypal - yes its an option.

should you divert voip to mobile for seller verification or more crucially location verification, no I would divert it to a landline initially for those as if you mess up it will be a problem, after that it can be diverted back to a mobile without probs..

Ok so if divert the call for ebay verification to a landline which has been suspended previously can i still be successful?
Wil the landline number be totally hidden?

Also on another note , particularly when diverting multiple numbers for different ebay accounts to just one mobile, make sure the engaged or voicemail message does not say real mobile number eg you have reached 07854225221.
