paypal withdrawal to debit card

just noticed one of accounts allows withdrawal to debit card

do the names need to match on the card? anyone using this on stealth?

there is no way to verify a cardowner anyway (at least i know for visa and mastercard). So you can withdraw on any card if the cards supports it
