Rather unusual case

I bought one digital item from my good ebay account, found the item non working, contact seller via ebay message and no response, so send him screenshots as evidence and left -ve feedback.

Seller replied ebay message stating I have to remove -ve feedback and gave me 14 hours to do that else he stated he has many ebay accounts and then he will buy my items, leave -ve feedback and open up ebay and paypal cases for refunds.

I have all physical items , He bought one of my physical item and left -ve feedback as well as trial.

Now I have taken down all my items due to fear, therats and harassment from this stupid person that he will leave -ve feedback.

Contacted ebay and unfortunately ebay did not do much, I guess either ebay taken down all of his listings leaving only two physical items or himself did that I am not sure. But his account is still active.

I want to list my items again but fears he will mess me up. I have changed my ebay user name as well but he sends me ebay message that he can still find my ebay user name. I am under a lot of threat and harasse.

How can I re list my items without him knowing and starts making income in this pendamic or what can be done that fear of him should be gone.


Edit: I might remove the feedback in 1st place and move forward but because he gave me lot of threat and abuse on ebay messages I decided not to take any threat and did not remove feedback.

Your first mistake was buying on your seller account. Second mistake was buying this sort of product on your selling account.

Unless you somehow can reach someone high up on ebay, your account might be toast. You'll need to have someone monitor your account and track these ⊗⊗⊗⊗ accounts to take them down when they do what the guy says they will do, but we are here for a reason...ebay isn't here to help us, only to make money. I hope you find a way to resolve this issue.

Just remove the feedback and get on with your life? I understand you're acting on principle but principles don't pay the bills. Ebay are useless and it sounds like this guy is gonna cause you problems so it's probably gonna cost you less money to just remove the feedback.
