Amazon to eBay - Tracking Information
 

Afternoon Everyone,

Hopefully posting in the right section... I've been dropshipping from Amazon to eBay now for a few months now. Sales and feedback are flying and I'm doing really well... however as I'm growing so quickly I am running into a few issues with buyers.

The main issue seems to be around them reporting that the item hasn't arrived even though Amazon is stating it has. Now I get that Amazon aren't always correct so will send them another out etc but still have a few people moan.

Now as I'm using Amazon, I can't exactly copy and paste the tracking URL to the buyer and be done with them... or can I?

I'm curious as to what everyone else is doing, heard Bluecard express is an option... had a look round the forum but seems a lot of posts are out outdated.

Open to any advice as I'm fairly new to Dropshipping.
