Can i make 3-4 different users on my PC to use 3-4 ebay/paypal accounts
 

Hi someone told me that i can make 3-4 different users on my pc to use 3-4 different ebay/paypal accounts . basically each user on PC will handle a different ebay+paypal account .

could someone please if its right or not

this is just right. You also need to change IP logging in any of each account

Thanks for reply . So I need 4 different IP to log into these accounts ? Or can I use 4 accounts on 4 different phones ( so ips will change ) ?

Both ways work - 4 different phones seems a bit more costly to you, is all.

You can use a dynamic IP provider for your computer with different user accounts

Thanks for your advise . So can I use my current IPS for these 4 accounts with 4 different users ? Or I will have to use vpn ??

A wireless data solution - such as your phone would be more reliable.
One single phone will do - since all4 would draw the iP from the same IP pool.
Note that there is the slight chance of getting the same IP twice so be sure to record all the IPs used and be certain to check each time you switch IPs that you don't cross use them between accounts.

how about one hotspot will that work? if for example you have many accounts how to solve this issue.
Too many devices would be hassle. Thanks
