New PayPal bank process

I just went to add a bank and was given the option to choose my bank, then login and confirm it through my online banking

I was able to add it the old way with the 4-digit code.

First time I’ve seen it. Just something to be aware of in case it becomes the norm.

It's been the norm in USA for a decade. We can do instant verification or old-school micro-deposit verification. There's nothing wrong with using the instant verify option.

Yes exactly.
They are rolling out this feature in Europe and other regions since a few months now. There is nothing wrong with that. You still have the option to do it the old fashion way. Even in the US.

I’m so wary of losing all the accounts, I have 4 on the same online banking login!
