Setting up a ebay business on legit details

Hope all is well

Quick question I'm planning to make a legit account on my own name but I've been previously banned my question is can I build a new account on my name without getting banned.

This is what I've thought up can I use my legit name and DOB everything else new . New ID new bank new address new LTD in my name, the lot id like to run the account onto a limited company and VAT register it, so make it a proper account where I can build up to sell a lot ?

Would this work or is this a total time waste and a banned account waiting to happen

Does eBay only track accounts on Name and Address ?

My own opinion is that name is not an issue - what ever your name is I can pretty well guarantee there will be lots on Ebay (Assuming your real name isn't Gladys Slipperyknickers)

DOB - I'm not sure - but I'm guessing the tie up of name and DOB could be an issue

Address can be solved on a temporary basis if you have access

It sounds like you have a plan and the only real weakness I can see is the name/DOB tie up

My issue with the DOB is I'd have to have my legit DOB on companies house is there a issue with having a different DOB on companies house and different on ebay PayPal

Yes I see what you mean - make sure when you register the company that you don't make a mistake with your birthday, after all it is very easy to put, say, 1983 instead od 1984 isn't it? But I'm sure you wouldn't make that common mistake
